Gradual rehabilitation programs are tailored to the athlete’s specific needs, aiming to restore peak performance.
Preventive care is equally important in sports physiotherapy. This includes personalized exercise plans, sports-specific training, education on proper techniques, and guidance on nutrition and recovery strategies.
